History

In 1962 Mr J.G.F. Coolegem established the nautical & technical surveying and consulting company under his own name.

In 1973 J. (Joop) C.H. de Neef joined the company as a partner and after a view years the name of the company was changed to
Consulting Engineers and Marine Surveyors Coolegem & De Neef.
After reaching the retirement age, Mr Coolegem retired as a partner in 1993 and remained available to the company as an advisor for several years.

In 2000 A. (Arend) N. Zeldenrust joined the company as a partner and at the same time the name of the company was changed to
Consulting Engineers and Marine Surveyors Coolegem, De Neef & Zeldenrust.

In 2006 N. (Nick) von Dincklage joined the company and one year later in 2007 he also joined as a partner.
For practical reasons it was decided not to add his name to the company name but keep the existing name.
However, at that time the CNZ logo was introduced and although not (yet) official, this abbreviation is slowly becoming generally used as
company name.

In 2010 V. (Vito) Digeo joined the company.
